Winter 2007 Schedule

Volunteer Training

Classes will be held in Coos Bay and in Bandon

Coos Bay classes will be held at the

Community Bereavement and Education Center

*The Bandon Location is Heritage Place Assisted Living

For community members who wish to join the patient care

team at South Coast Hospice.   We offer an in depth view of death

and dying, grief and mourning, rituals and beliefs, communication

and active listening, spirituality, and bereavement support

through lecture, video, exercises, and personal sharing. 

This is a life enriching journey you won't want to miss,

whether you become an active Hospice Volunteer or not .

The Coos Bay Area Classes begin on

Tuesday

April 3, 2007

1:00 pm to 3:50 pm

This eleven week course continues every

Tuesday through June 12, 2007. 

No pre-registration is required. 

The course is free unless taken for credit through Southwestern.

      Thursday

        April 5, 2007
